Multi-site

Reports are scoped to one site at a time. The site picker lives in the navigation header — the pill showing the current site name and image.

Switching sites

Tap the site pill at the top of any screen. A bottom sheet lists every site your account can access. If you have more than five, a search field appears at the top — type any part of the name to filter.

Tap a site to switch. The current report reloads with the new site’s data. Your selection persists across app launches.

Site permissions

Site access is configured by your administrator in the admin portal. If a site you expect to see is missing from the list:

  • Confirm with your admin that your user has access to it.
  • Switch organisation if the site belongs to a different org (see Signing in).

Scaling

The picker handles 60+ sites without issue. Search-as-you-type narrows the list quickly even on large pickers.
