Installing the app

Dnero Reporting is available on the App Store.

Before you start

Access to Dnero Reporting is controlled by your administrator. If your account hasn’t been enabled for reporting, you’ll see a No access screen after sign-in. Contact your administrator to have reporting enabled for your account — they can do this from the admin portal before, during, or after you install.

Steps

  1. Open the App Store listing on your iPhone (or search for Dnero Reports in the App Store).
  2. Tap Get and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  3. Once installed, open the app and follow the sign-in steps.

Auto-updates

iPhone auto-updates apps by default — new versions install in the background and are ready the next time you open the app. To turn it on if it isn’t already: Settings → App Store → App Updates.

Notes

  • The app needs internet access — there’s no offline mode.
  • Reports are scoped to the sites your account has permission to view.
  • Older iPhone models work fine; the app has no special hardware requirements.
