Installing the app

Dnero Reporting is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Before you start

Access to Dnero Reporting is controlled by your administrator. If your account hasn’t been enabled for reporting, you’ll see a No access screen after sign-in. Contact your administrator to have reporting enabled for your account — they can do this from the admin portal before, during, or after you install.

iPhone

1. Open the App Store listing on your iPhone (or search for Dnero Reports in the App Store).
2. Tap Get and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
3. Once installed, open the app and follow the sign-in steps.

Android

1. Open the Google Play listing on your Android device (or search for Dnero Reports in the Play Store).
2. Tap Install.
3. Once installed, open the app and follow the sign-in steps.

Auto-updates

Both stores auto-update apps by default — new versions install in the background and are ready the next time you open the app.

• iPhone: Settings → App Store → App Updates.
• Android: Play Store → profile icon → Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps.

Notes

• The app needs internet access — there’s no offline mode.
• Reports are scoped to the sites your account has permission to view.
• Older devices work fine; the app has no special hardware requirements.
