Signing in

Dnero Reporting uses your existing Dnero account — same login as the admin portal.

First sign-in

1. Open the app. You’ll see the Dnero Reporting sign-in screen.
2. Tap Sign in. A secure browser sheet opens.
3. Enter your work email + password (or use SSO if your organisation has it set up).
4. The browser closes and you’re returned to the app.
5. If you have access to multiple sites, you’ll see the site picker — tap the one you want to view.

After the first sign-in

Subsequent app launches keep you signed in for several days. When your session expires, you’ll be taken back to the sign-in screen — same flow.

Switching organisations

If your account has access to more than one organisation:

1. Open the side menu (top-left).
2. Tap the · icon next to your name at the bottom.
3. Tap Switch organisation and pick the one you want.

The app reloads with the new organisation’s sites and reports.

Signing out

Side menu → · icon next to your name → Logout. Your session and any cached data are cleared.
